Darkov Spa is proud of its wide variety of therapeutical procedures which enable every client to undertake exactly the proper curative programme suitable for his or her demands. The set of procedures is made out after a consultation by the client with his spa doctor and the ongoing effects of the procedures are regularly evaluated during the visit.

Natural curative resource
The artificial subterranean sea is the unique and natural curative resource behind Darkov Spa, its iodine-bromine water more commonly being called “brine”. The water is applied in the form of both individual and group baths and inhalations.

Hydrotherapy
Besides the natural curative resource of Darkov Spa – the iodine-bromine water called “brine” – we also provide a wide range of other hydrotherapeutical procedures that together create an essential part of spa treatment. Furthermore they have a relaxing effect and belong to the most popular of our procedures.

Cinesitherapy
Curative exercises are an essential part of the rehabilitation treatment. Here at Darkov Spa, we provide both individual and group cinesitherapy, cinesitherapy on apparatus, in water, and on horse back, always under supervision of a qualified physiotherapist.

Reflex therapy
Reflex therapy makes use of long-term experience obtained from Chinese medicine. It is provided by qualified and experienced physiotherapists.

Phototherapy
This procedure makes use of the curative effects of light, especially when healing dermic defects and post-operational wounds.

Inhalation
Individual or group inhalation of an effective substance (including iodine-bromine brine) directed by a physician.

Wellness - massages
Regeneration Centres offer: traditional massage, aroma massage, hot lava stones massage, reflex massage of the soles and vacuum-compressed massage with flasks.

Wellness - baths
Regeneration Centres offer: sparkling bath, herbal bath, iodine-bromine bath and complete bath with added CO2.

Within massages and baths Regeneration Centress offer: hot turf packs, dry carbonic bath, lympho-drainage on apparatus (Lymfoven), oxygenotherapy and solarium.
